New sizes of aluPLUS IP 66/IP 67 diecast enclosures
ROLEC has launched four new sizes of its stylish aluPLUS aluminum enclosures for industrial electronics – doubling the size of the range.
The four new sizes are smaller than the existing four sizes. They are:
- AP 082 – 4.92" x 3.30" x 2.32"
- AP 083 – 6.88" x 3.30" x 2.32"
- AP 100 – 3.93" x 3.93" x 3.22"
- AP 102 – 6.29" x 3.93" x 3.22".
It means that aluPLUS is now available in sizes ranging from 4.92" x 3.30" x 2.32" to 10.23" x 6.29" x 3.54". ROLEC aluPLUS enclosures are part of the IP66 range. IP67 protection is available as an option.
All aluPLUS enclosures are tough enough to withstand all the demands of the factory environment and can be installed anywhere – on walls, bulkheads and machinery.
Smart design and construction means aluPLUS can be installed with the 0.07" recessed lid closed to protect the electronics and the seal. The stainless steel lid fixing screws are hidden under gray (RAL 7016) thermoplastic POM trims, enhancing the aesthetics and providing further protection. Optional hinge supports are also available.
Other options include RFI/EMI shielding, corrosion-proof paint and a high temperature gasket. All the enclosures are supplied in Light Gray (RAL 7035) as standard but other colors are available on request.
Like all ROLEC housings, aluPLUS can also be specified as customized enclosures. Services include CNC milling, drilling, tapping; silk-screen printing and engraving of legends and logos; component assembly and packaging.
