New Pivot Mount For ROLEC’s Control/HMI-Enclosures

ROLEC has added a smart new machine/wall pivot mount to its profiPANEL range of command/HMI enclosures. The new pivot mount offers a cost-effective alternative to mounting these enclosures on suspension arms. It is suitable for loads up to 44 lbs (20 kg).
The pivot mount is designed for easy mounting to walls, machine housings or standard machine building profiles (e.g. from ITEM, Bosch etc). There are three mounting options (left side, right side, desktop use). The pivot mount can rotate at 180 degrees and has a stop limit to avoid over-rotation. There is also plenty of internal routing space (Ø 1.06”) for cables.
The assembly comprises two sections which are fitted to the sides of the enclosure. It is suitable for customer-specified plan sizes of profiPANEL (up to 31.5” x 31.5”) in two depths: 3.54” and 5.90” and all four sizes of the profiPANEL STANDARD range from 14.7” x 14.7” x 3.5” to 23.6 x 20.4 x 3.5”.
Other accessories for profiPANEL include a swivelling keyboard tray (17.7”) and mouse tray, ergonomic designer profile handles, a mounting bracket set and alternative polyamide corner covers in traffic red, traffic blue and deep black.
Customizing options for the profiPANEL and profiPANEL STANDARD ranges include CNC machining, bespoke colors, printing and engraving of legends and logos, RFI/EMI shielding, membrane keypads and full assembly.
